Michigan Arms has lost another Family member.
Nick Hill was involved in a auto accident and passed away on September 2, 2023.
Nick will be missed very much in the Armwrestling Scene and our prayers go out to his family and friends.
Robert Knapp will be Missed by Michigan Arms and beyond

We are sad to hear that a truly genuine person and great friend for many years has passed this morning!
Robert Knapp (The Dragon) was born May 11, 1960 and passed February 2, 2022. He was 61 years young.
He was part of the sport of Armwrestling in Michigan for many years. He was a founding member of the Hit Squad and supported events all over MIchigan.
It was always a pleasure to spend time with Robert at events, he was soft spoken but a great competitor on the table. He will be missed by all that new him.
Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Sad News
We lost another Great Puller.Mike Grubbs from Indiana pass away August 5th, 2015.
Mike has been around the Armwrestling seen sense the 80's
Mike, his Daughter and family has been running the Blue berry festival Event for years,
which turned into the Indiana State Championships the Last 2yrs.Please keep the Gubb family and friends in your prayers through this difficult time.
Mike was the friendly type that would leave an impression on everyone in the room.
Most of us that has been around Mike, I am sure have a story or two to tell.
Here is one I have to tell you guysI was in California working when I heard this one or I would have been their.
It was in the early 90's at a small event in Indiana. Mike was armwrestling
2 different contestants when they broke their arms.
Completely unintentional.
Not to many people can say that.RIP MIKE

The 2014 Indiania State Championships Held this last Weekend at the Blueberry Festival
was held in honor of Roger Taylor. Roger was known as the Rocket, and was liked by everyone
including his competitors, We Just found out he passed on July 15th, He was well known in the
Michigan Armwrestling community in the 90's & 00's although he was from Northern Indiana he was
part of the Michigan Arms Family and will be missed.*************************************************************************8
I Recorded the Indiana State on labor day weekend and will be working to get that posted to you tube

Sadly we lost another family member of our sport on Sept. 8th.
Tony Laduke a proud puller of the UP (St. Ignace)
a long time puller and friend has passed away.
Our thoughts & prayers go out to his Family and FriendsTony achieved in our sport, Michigan Armwrestler of the year in 2000 and wonmany state, national, and world championships in wrist wrestling and Armwrestling.
and was a mentor to many pullers in the great Michigan Upper Peninsula.
Tony always showed great sportsmanship with a smile that we all will remember.

Sad News
We have lost one of our Long time Team Member
Vern Lange passed away on 11/10/12.
Most importantly Phil and Tammy have lost a father and husband. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
Vern was a presence on and off the table. He was a great training partner, friend, and will truly be missed in the armwrestling family and surly by his family and friends. RIP our friend
